Farmville Country Escape Working But I Can't Do Anything Including Getting Into

zynga Farmvile country escape: I need help. My game is working because I can see animals moving. But I can not do anything including going to settings to ask for support. How do I contact support when you can't get inside of game? I won event click to collect prize then everything froze. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Closed and reopened. Nothing, please help. Thank you I advance for all and any help given.
