Dream Zoo Crashes Before It Has Loaded.

Dream Zoo won't load on both of my two devices, iPad and iPhone.  Started them both up this morning and both just keep crashing at end of music but before loading finished.  I have tried turning devices off and restarting them but nothing.  Is this the end of my game or is there a solution?
