Cannot Accept Gift Requests For Farmville.

Nov 10 I reported I could not accept gift requests for Farmville.  I got a response from a nice lady named Gloria.  She said informed the studio but I now have over 100 gifts I cannot access.  Reference # FARM-45673. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
