Zynga Farmville - I Play Farmville Every Day And My Compter Has Been In The Shop

I play Farmville every day and my compter has been in the shop 6 times in the past 6 weeks because every time I get on Farmville, I get this box that pops up saying "there is a script running in the background that could damage your computer".  This only happens when I play FV.  Is there any way to stop this box from coming up?
