Wont Let Me Recive My Chicken Wire Or Prescription In Frointierville

ive been posting for my chicken wire and my prescriptions in frointierville and it wont let any1 send to me this isent right how do u expect me to complete my missions when u wont let me recive stuff and take stuff away that shouldnt b please resolve this situation
