Today I Bought $51.99 Of Poker Chips On Zynga And Did Not Receive The Chips????

Hello ,my name is Ben Robinson in Australia. I PLAY ZYNGA POKER EVER SINGLE DAY. I (Bought) "Purchased" $51.99" Dollars of Poker Chips and $1.99 of gold AND "DID NOT RECIEVE THEM" -about 11.20am Tuesday 8th of January 2013 - "today, this morning" AND I "DID NOT RECIEVE THE $51.99 OF-FORTY TWO MILLION IN POKER CHIP'S AND $1.99 OF GOLD , Then I looked at Zynga Customer Service and reinstalled the Zynga Poker Game APP, AND STILL "HAVE "NOT" RECIEVED THE $51.99 of of FORTY TWO MILLION DOLLARS of poker chips ,and $1.99= of ten gold, after restarting and reinstalling the Zynga Poker game APP many times after my new purchases. I AM REALLY NOT HAPPY AND UPSET NOT RECIEVING THIS $42,000,000 OF POKER CHIPS THAT I BOUGHT (PURCHASED) ON MY I-PAD. I SPENT A LOT OF MONEY TODAY-$51.99 DOLLARS-TO PLAY ZYNGA POKER CAUSE I RAN OUT OF POKER CHIPS,AND I REALLY LOVE THIS ZYNGA POKER , AND NOW I CAN'T PLAY, IT'S NOW 1.00PM QUEENSLAND AUSTRALIA TIME AND STILL HAVE "NOT" RECIEVED MY PURCHASES WITH MY ITUNES'S . I found your post a bit confusing.

However online transactions often take time for processing etc. So I would suggest waiting 24 hours. You have already contacted zynga so I assume they are looking into it. If they do not repsond with a good reply try calling them

I would check your credit card to make sure the trasnaction went through. Often times online purchases get blocked because they are afraid of scammers. I would try contacting your credit card company and if you were indeed billed. Send a photo of the bill, a photoshot of your game without the credits to zynga as proof to get the process moving forwards.

online transaction on zinga is privately via paypal & instantly added into your accounts. i've buy chips from zinga many times ago,and it always instantly.

so,if there are you didn't receive your poker chips,it may that your transaction is not success.

try contact zinga support.

if you are sure,you have successfully completing transaction between you and zinga via paypal. and didn't receive what you buy. Dispute it on paypal. tell the truth on paypal. paypal will investigate it, and you should receive your money back. :)
