Hello There, as long as you have sound turned on within game settings then this is apart of on going issue with Bubble Safari. You can try using alternate browser as temporary fix.
Seems as though a ton of ppl have reported same issue and resolve was deleting cookies and cache of browser and last resort was using Google Chrome or Firefox.
