Can't Play Castleville For Over 2 Days

download bar won't complete....stalls then get message saying "zynga is not responding"...ditto for "facebook not responding"..spent over 8 hrs. yesterday with Dell technicins who now determine it is NOT a software prob...please help...it started out by havbing my flashdrive crashing while playing the game...now nothing.....I;'m going crazy cuz I spend the entire day and evening playing c/v in between making items, etc....
