My Kingdom In Castleville Lost And Game Started From The Beginning, From 1level

All things, buildings, crowns, coins, animals, quests, friends, nature items, decorations, level, castle points... LOST, now i have 1 level, but i had about 43, it is terrible, and i need that my game was returned
