Re Castleville....where Did My Crowns Go???

--1--  i had at least 61, that was the last number i can recall, and then i noticed during quest completion i earned a couple of extra crowns and yet now this morning i have ONLY 47.  i know i did not use them. i only use coins and hearts.  i have been saving my crowns.  where did they go??? please find them and add them back.--2--  also i can not post/share to 2 neighbours during gameplay after a task or completing a visit to their kingdom. zynga is aware that this has been happening with one neighbour, but it's now happening with a second neighbour.  any update on this issue??--3a--  yesterday april 13 2012 i had posted several neighbours to share their chainmail or chain link.  i recieved many, many gifts back but the game was NOT registering these gifts.  my game told me i had only 1/8.  i know i should have had at least 8. i can also tell you that there have been many items to which i was gifted via the game that never registered.  this seems to be random to say the least and very frustrating.  i wish those to be added to my game inventory as they should have done initially when i was help gifted. --3b--  when you have a very busy background, all the quest character heads on the left side (which get in the way more than not!!), when you have a handful of windows popping up at the same time claiming this or that, notices saying this or that, new quest banner arrows pointing this way or that and half a dozen coins, bones or other items flying left and right you can't always see exactly what you're supposed to be getting, so that makes it very, very difficult to keep track of the thousand and some different items you may or may not have in your inventory! the game is fun, i love it. but i also don't appreciate being cheated out of anything.  it's my time too that's being wasted having to call or write all of this out for you and not to mention the time it takes to have to go back and redo tasks.--3c--  on the topic of annoying let's have a way to shut off yvette's la la la'ing and rafael's axe swinging grunts...all characters have odd or annoying sounds. it would be nice to have a shut off for those. the wilderness sounds are good thoug so i don't want to shut all sounds off.  thanks   --4--  again the game had not registered how many of the fertilizer i had produced, so one zynga support representative gave 100 energy to cover the energy to make up for the lost data and energy so i could  replenish the stock and get the credits within the game.  So that pretty much covered that (not easy to get bones or alchemist powder when you kill beasties).  but i had another issue on that ticket which went unresolved. thank you. see next issue #5.--5--  i was doing a quest for martha i believe? i was to buy 5 spring items. i clicked the gift box (icon link thing) then clicked the spring items poster and then i bought a blue carnival tree (2500 coin).  this did not register toward my quest.  i contacted zynga and never got a response to this.  many phone calls later and still no word on this matter from zynga.  today april 14 2012 i called again and was told by 2 different zynga reps that the tree i bought IS NOT a spring item.  well from what i could see YES IT IS IN FACT A SPRING ITEM. i have the screenshots that cleary show that the blue tree as a spring item! i can send the screens to you if you tell me how.  regarding my quest, i ultimately purchased something else to make up for the 5th item so i could complete the quest and move on...late of course but had to finish it at least(as it was apparent zynga was not replying to my issue.) i believe zynga ought to at the very least reimburse my game account 2500 coin.--6--  one other issue within the game that no zynga representative has answered or done anything about is when i had gone to a neighbours kingdom one day and used 1 energy to do a task but then i left that kingdom to go to my own or do something elsewhere in the game or in real life ( i just don't recall exactly now) now when i returned later to that same kingdom the 4 energy i had left were all gone.  so in this issue i ended up being cheated out of completing any quests i may have had going, i also lost some alliance with that neighbour and i and my neighbours were cheated out of the items, energy and rewards that i may have gotten from that visit.  so what is the remedy for this issue i wonder???--7--  what happened to the online chat option to chat one on one with zynga support???????   i've not been able to bring it up since easter sunday.  please be sure to get back to me on all issues.  i have screenshots if you need and a copy of this list of issues.  if you need to call i'm at 250-381-6009lady tarathank you
