to get rid of those annoying completed quest reward pops-up you need to contact customer support using the email link on the right side of this page or follow @zyngasupport on twitter --- or else, just ignore them for the time being, they all would go away eventually.... at least, it happened that way in my game --- what is lonely decor, btw? do you mean you cannot open the abandoned furniture factory scene? if so, you definitely needs to contact customer support to sort out your game
