Bubble Island Problem Facebook Game Application Requires Flash Player 11.3

Please help me whenever i tried to play bubble island in my laptop it always requires installation of Adobe Flash player 11.3 though i already installed a flash 11.3? what's going on? can you help me?

You need to check the version of your adobe flash player. And make sure you've installed it correctly
