I Cannot Access My New Words With Friends. It Is Not Sending My Email A Passwor

The only email I got notified me of the credit card change.  I have even uninstalled both Words w/ Friends and Words w/Friends Free to no avail.  I  can no longer access either account.  I do not know how to change my password so that I can.  I have an iphone 4.
