I Lost 100 Cityville Dollars Plus 10 Or More Energy?

i payed 1oo cityville dollars for distribution center, was trying to remove red barn next to it and they took my center instead, had to buy a 2nd one for another 100 dollars , plus had to use more of my energy to build again! ends up i lose 100 cityville dollars! i want my loss back! i pay to play your games!
