Dream Pethouse

I updated my iPhone from 3GS to an iPhone 4. I had hours & hours as well as money invested in my pethouse. When I synced my new iPhone & clicked on the Pethouse icon, all of my information was gone & I have to start from scratch. I am super upset about this. Can you put a disclaimer regarding this on the app to prevent this from happening to someone else? Also, can I have the money refunded that I spent in the game. Thank you.
