Timing On Building Not Working
I can't collect from my rec center because the timer sticks at 22 hours and I'm on level 53.I also click everyday to add community neighbors and send them requests and nothing happens.I have requested about 100 people who play.so I cannot finish my goals to get new ones.please help.
