Fraud~hometown Cityville

i have tried to contact many people about this game support site one gets no reply. This is my 4th issue with this company! I paid for a starter kit monies taken from my account but NO STARTER KIT received this is FRAUD. YES I'm angry and want NO DEMAND ANSWERS, you want people to play your games but can't give proper support or customer service...maybe we all should stop playing!
