I Have Forgotten My Username And Password
How can I reset my Zyxel NSA310 as I have forgotten the username and password?

Press the RESET button until you hear one beep (after about two seconds), then release it. You will hear one more beep after you release the button. This resets the NAS's IP address and password to the default values.

You can press and hold the reset button till you hear one beep, then release the button.
The admin's password will be reset back to "1234", and you can use admin/1234 to login web manage page.
The program for password reset and full reset would not effect HDD's data, just config file restore back to default setting.
Following is the reset behavior from NAS326's user manual.
