'contact Customer Support'
My Zune is stuck on the "Contact Customer Support Screen".. I followed all the advice about resetting it, and the up to date software is installed.. What should I do next?????

Unfortunately if the troubleshooting steps here didn't work then you would need to send it in to Microsoft for repair. I'm not sure if they'll repair it if it's not under warranty though.
