When I Look Into My Messages, It Will Often Say That Someone Sent Me

2nd Page: A Message, Say, One Hour Ago From Another Member, But When I Open It, There Is No New Message, There Is Only A Message That I Actually Read Days Ago.  how Can This Be Fixed?
