How Do I Get My Money Back Asap?

I paid $100.00 for a 6 month subscription to Zoosk and within 2 days they cancelled my account saying that unsubscribed, which I didn't. (paid on 12th Feb 2015, received cancellation email on 14th Feb 2015).I can no longer login due to an administrator removing my account and have still been charged $100.00.How can I get my money back?I am from Australia and the phone number I have been provided cannot be used as it just gives me a message stating that the mailbox is full and cannot take anymore messages.I am unable to contact them using Facebook or any other social media site and cannot sign up with a different account to access contact information as their site is apparently "out of icecream" or down.
