Vibe Pedal Falling

The pedal on my Vibe falls frequently when playing, and it looks like one of the screws that holds the pedal to the rod is missing. Is there anyway or any place that I can get a replacement? This really impacts my playing during performances, when I have to stop playing to fix it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
