Problem With Sound Bar Yamaha Ysp 3300 No Sound

hello, I was recently given a second-hand yamaxa ysp3300. I connected it to HDMA-arc. The soundbar played for two or three days and then it started to stop. I turned it on and the display said tv-arc but there was no sound and the sound indicators were flashing. Sometimes sound indicators stop flashing and the tape resets. I did a factory reset (reset) of the system and now it cannot connect to the TV. And the display says only tv (no arc) sound indicators are flashing and there is no sound. What could be the problem .Thanks.

Normally the audio will be fed to the sound bar from the TV via an optical cable and the ARC connection controls the auto switching when the TV is on.
