Just Purchased A Yas 82zii. Having Issue With C# Being In Tune. Is There A Way T

Bought a new YAS Custom 82Zii and having tuning issues with the C#. When F# is in tune the C# is flat. Can this be adjusted by a qualified technician?Thanks
