Yamaha Tio1608d Input And Output Status Lights Are Both Blinking Red.

When Tio boots up both Input and Output Status lights are constantly blinking red. In Dante Controller everything looks fine, but I get no audio (I'm using the outputs, but not the inputs). The only thing the manual indicates is that they could be muted (they aren't that I can see), the system clock could be syncing (Dante Controller says it's sync'ed), or there could be a system error. The Troubleshooting section of the manual doesn't say anything about both lights blinking together. It was working fine, I updated the console's firmware (a QL5), and then it stopped working.
