How Do I Fix The Power Problem? It Doesn't Boot On, It Doesn't Power On. Psr1100

I have attached a link to the service manual. If you are confident you can replace all the capacitors in the power circuit. This is the likely cause of a failure.There could be other components that have failed which would need a technician to resolve the faulty ones. However if that is something you not able to tackle a new power supply is your only option. You may be able to source one from various auction sites at a lower price.
