This problem seems to be an issue with dry joints on the main PCB inside the metal case, or a faulty capacitor on the PCB. Solutions are to do a reset. Also to reload the firmware. If you do not have the skills to carry out soldering etc it would be better to let an electronics engineer take a look. I have attached a link to the manual which should give advice on how to do a reset.

for advice on the best option. If you put your question into youtube a range of videos come up. However they are in the language of India or Ceylon with annoying music.
