Yamaha Mox6 With Performer 7.1

I am using performer with the mox6 and it works fine but I own another computer set up with motus 828 audio interface. When I download the song I have created with performer onto a thumb drive and transfer it to the computer with the motu interface, the audio tracks play incorrectly. some play at the wrong tempos and others dont start at the correct measures. Please help Thanks Glenn
