My Cd S300 Loads But Then Says No Disk.

The message says my cd is loading, then it says no disc. What's the problem?

Refer to page 14 of the guide regarding troubleshooting. Check when the disk door has shut that you can hear the disk spin up. If so then try using a disk cleaner CD which will clean the laser . This may solve your issue. Make sure you use a bought CD not a recorded one as the format cannot be verified. If that does not solve the problem then you need to contact an engineer to investigate.
