I Have To Reset My Password Every Time I Close My Browser.

I have followed all the info in FAQ's! The first attempt to sign in, it tells me my user name is not a registered name, I use my password doesn't work button and am prompted to re set my password, EVERY TIME! I have it set to log in every two weeks. I have written over 8 times regarding this issue and have not received a single response. I have since closed the user name in the photo, trying to resolve the issue. I made a new one, [email protected] and it does the very same thing. I sent the photo along to help describe the issue. I hope you read the complete email. I would love a resolution!
