Can't Enter New Contacts On Yahoo Email Account!!

Ihave been trying to add new contact name and Email addresses on my Email contact lists. I get constant "loading" logo and screen comes up to call customer service and tell them: "-99999" What gives? I can add entries some of the time.

If you're asked to phone customer service, it would seem to make sense to do so. You didn't identify what entity sent the message. I don't know your ISP, so can't give tell you how to reach that. You can phone Yahoo customer service at 866-924-6676, 866-562-7219, 408-349-3300, or 866-850-4303.
