Yahoo Is Asking Security Question That Was Never Created.

I monitor email for a client who uses Yahoo and it has been working fine for over a year. The other day it suddenly kicked me out and wanted me to log back in. When I tried to log back in it asked me for an answer to a security question it had never asked before and that was never created. It's not that we forgot the answer, it was never created in the first place. It is only doing it on my computer (the same computer I have used for over a year and any computer I try to use) she is still able to log in from her computer and I still get email pushed to my phone. She went in and changed the security questions but it still asks me the same old question that she never answered. I am now not able to get in at all and have not been able to find any real help or support through Yahoo.
