Someone Is Using My Name And Emailing Friends Using A Yahoo.com Email Address.

Someone, who has a yahoo.com email addy, is using my name and emailing my friends junk mail. It's not from me, but they open it because they see my name. 2 people have gotten viruses because of it. How do I stop this person. I have the email address. It is Please help!
