Contact List Is Not Displayed In The Compose Message View

Hi, When i try to add contacts in the Compose Message (To,CC,BCC fields): 1. autocomplete contacts is not working, no contacts are seen in the tooltip. (i have over 200 contacts see Contacts_tab.jpg) 2. when Pressing on the 'Add Recipients' -> '+' button, (To, cc, bcc fields), the 'Add Contact' popup window display empty list of contacts (See ChooseContacts_Popup.jpg). i tried to add more lists to the contacts, i tried windows Firefox, IE and chrome. the problem always exists. on other yahoo accounts the problem does not appear to arise, why am i paying for a yahoo mail plus. new account i have opened that is not mail plus is working great, but i want my old account working again. can you please help? how can i resolve this? i dont mind to go to classic view again but i dont see the option. waiting for a reply... thanks, Hadassa.
