I Have Received An Email Saying I Have Won Over A Million Dollars From Yahoo

They have randomly picked my email and I should claim within 15 days. Is this another scam or should I believe it. Help!!!

It's a scam. Yahoo! doesn't give away any monies in any sort of lottery, or anything for that matter.
