Why 2 Of My Contacts Are Receiving Emails From My Email Address When I Never Sen

2 of my contacts are constantly receiving emails with my email address as a sender and i am not the one sending them. what can i do to stop this

My dear friend your email account has been sending spam to your contacts "You've been hacked"!!! Change your password "IMMEDIATELY"!!! Someone has cracked your password and is using your account. Most of the time, simply changing your email password will stop this. But for safe measure, get these free downloadable programs which will hunt and quarantine any software that the hacker 'may' have put on your computer. These two programs are Spybot and Malwarebytes. They are free and very effective. I've used both for years! You can click on the names above to take you to the CNET download site to get them. I run them at least once a month for good measure.
