I Need To Know What To Do About My Xbox Live Acct That Has Been Suspended?
My son's xbox live acct was susupended. He recieved the message yesterday afternoon that stated his profile was suspended until 12/31/9999...I have sent a message to the "xbox police" asking EXACTLY why my son's acct was suspended and instead of getting an email back with an answer so that I could resolve the issue, I got an email back stating that I needed to fill out a form of some sort so they can identify that my son's acct is truly his acct???? What in the world is going on?? I just want a phone # I can call to the "xbox police" instead of continually sending messages and not getting answers.
