Fm Settings And Preset Failure

I just got my new ONYX radio and actuated OK but the FM settings does appear in the menu and the FM preset does not work. How, do I fix it?

press menu, go to factory settings, highlight aux detect (it should be disabled) if its enabled just press the center button to disable it..when ur done press and hold the menu button to return to the main screen.. then try looking for fm settings again!! this should resolve the problem... :)
