What Is The Part Number For The Fabric Select Unit?

Our 3 year old Whirlpool WTW57ESVW washing machine agitates for awhile before it starts to add water. The repair man who came to our house said we needed a new Timer and Fabric Select unit. It is much to expensive if he orders the parts and comes back to repair the machine. We do not have a warranty. I have the part number for the Timer (W10177827) but cannot find the part number for the Fabric Selector.
