Whirlpool Quiet Partner I Does Not Start.options Will Light Up,but Not Cycles.

Quiet Partner I is the name of the sound package, not the appliance, so I can't give you the help that I'd like. The good news is that you very likely can find the answer yourself. Go to the Repair Clinic page at
http://www.repairclinic.com/RepairHelp/Appliance-R... and click Repair Help (at the far right, near the top). Type the correct model number [you can omit the model name] in the second search box--the one at the left-and press SEARCH. (Don't use the first search box.)
