Basin Fills, No Washing, Rinsing, Spinning

Sensor detects to fill machine, but does not wash clothes, or spin at all...does drain but of course clothes not clean and full of water. Machine purchased in July 2011. Used regularly but not overly used, only 2 people in house generally.
