Wtw4815ew H E Washer Fills Up Excessive/high

My mother left note regrading the machine will not fill. After diagnosis, and cleaned I ran a white load on normal and high with hot water, the water fills up now very high and even the draining can't handle the amount of water before back out of 4' release to main

So an excess of water at the wash or rinse cycle could be a result of a malfunctioning water inlet valve. ... When there is enough water in the tub, unplug the washer. If the tub keeps filling, you have a mechanical problem with the water inlet valve and it needs to be replaced.
