Plugged In New Wrf989sdam Fridge Cool But Freezer Not As Cool Yet? Setting On 0

WRF989SDAM new freezer doesn't seem as cold as fridge section? Set at 0 temp. Is there a specific control we should have set or turned on? Manual said it was preset?
