Reversing Hinges On Top Door

I am reversing the top door. the Bottom hinge pin appears to have a cap that will not come off to reverse the pin. the cap won't come off with a hex or wrench . Does the cap screw off or pop off? the pin doesn't look exactly like what the picture shows. Help!
