Lock Door

My Duet model WFW72HED72 is locked up and I cannot unlock the door to re-start the cycle. I tried to unplug and turned off the breaker then set the cycle to drain and tapped the start button 2 times per the manul. No luck so far. Can you help?

I figured this out on how to unlock the door on the Duet Washer.

1 - Unplug the washer

2 - Remove the 3 torx screws on the back of the machine's top

3 - Pull the top back so that you can stick your hand behind the front panel just above the door lock reach for the round plastic ring.

4 - pull the plastic ring and pull on the door handle at the same time and leave the door open

5 - Plug the washer back in or turn the breaker on

6 - Press the cancel/start button to cancel the cycle and or restart the cycle.

7 - Let the machine tun for one cycle so that it resets itself.

You should be OK now, good luck
