Cabrio Dryer Error Code F25

I have a model WED6200SW1 Cabrio Whirpool dryer that will not tumble or warm up. The dryer is giving an error message of F25 and the power is working on the unit. What is the error message F25 that is causing the dryer to not tumble or warm up?

The motor control board is not detecting the motor speed. More at this JustAnswer page, including 6 possible fixes.
