Water Stopped Getting To The Top Rack

We have checked to make sure that water can get to the top and down the plastic thing that turns the sprayer. That works when you have the piece off. Nothing is clogged inside. The bottom still works, but the detergent pod just falls out of the spring door and doesn't get to help clean the bottom rack or silverware. VERY FRUSTRATED!!!
