Ice Maker Not Making Ice - No Power To Ice Maker

Tried advancing ice maker manually connecting H and T. Ice maker motor not advancing. Inline fuse has continuity. No power is coming to harness to the ice maker head. There are two control boards at the back of refrigerator. The right board is providing 120 volts to the board on the left where the ice maker wiring is connected to. We replaced the board on the left but still not working. What could possibly be causing the problem of no power to ice maker?
