Po On Door

Hello just got fridge installed today.  When at store on Sunday they plugged it in and everything on door worked.  Now today plugged it in and it says PO on door.  I unplugged it and plugged it back in but is doing the same thing, what do I need to do to get it so I can get that code off of there?
