Leaking

The refrigerator is leaking as well as ice building up on the floor of the freezer. The Ice Maker is not hooked up. We are also having a problem with the clips that hold the vegetable drawer shelf in place in the back, both clips are now broken and the drawers and shelves are removed.

Common problem with Whirlpool made refrigerators. They designed the fridge with a duck-bill type drain tube. It constantly gets clogged so they redesigned it. You will need part number W10619951.(SEE VIDEO BELOW) In the video it says there are two dain tubes in the kit but revised to only one. Also about 2 to 14 hours before you install the new drain tube you will need to, shut your fridge off, empty everything from your freezer, and either leave the freezer door open for about 14 hours, or try and take a hair dryer to the back wall for about 2 hours. When the defrost is finished. Install the new part.
